- David Stanford has been actively involved in the development, sale and management of commercial and residential strata properties in NSW over the past 20 years.
- John Elvy is a senior director and licensed strata agent with over 40 years in the property investment, development and strategic advisory profession. He is the Vice President of the NSW Property Council and provides consultancy services to corporations and government.
- Erik Adriaanse (F.C.P.A.) who is also a senior director and who is also director of Strata Community Australia Inc. and many representative Boards and Charities.
- Rachel McMillan is a Senior NSW Strata Manager with seven years experience managing 1,500 lots and she has extensive knowledge of the sector, and delivers outstanding client service.

CUSTOM MADE SYSTEMS:
At the forefront of innovative strata management, Independent Property Group Strata Pty Ltd has a unique custom-made browser based software system, Strata On Line, designed for the financial and database management of the properties it manages. Strata On Line also allows owners to access information relating to their own property on line.

- Financial: We prepare and maintain all financial records relating to your complex, including budget and levies, and we ensure taxation records are compliant with tax legislation.
- Meetings: We prepare agendas and supporting papers for AGMs and Executive Committee meetings, attend those meetings and assist if required. Meeting papers are distributed in a timely manner to all owners.
- Insurance: As an authorised representative or agent of several major insurance companies, we arrange for insurance cover as required by the Strata Titles Act. We can also lodge insurance claims for the Strata units as necessary.
- Clerical: All correspondence relating to your complex is attended to by our Strata Managers. Owners details are kept up-to-date and we keep possession of all records, the common seal and any other documents.
- Maintenance: Any major works required to maintain the common areas are openly tendered to ensure prompt service, good value, quality outcomes and price control.
- Section 109 Certificates: If planning to sell your property at any time, we will prepare a Section 109 Certificate which is required when selling a strata titled property.
- Market Research: We provide our owners with market updates so they have a clear understanding of rental and sales activity.
- Energy Savings: We monitor the latest data on energy saving issues to ensure that the costs associated with managing the building expenses are kept to a minimum.
