Our People
Over 40 of our staff have been with us for more than 5 years. Nearly 30% of them have been here more than 10 years. Other players in our industry don't have this kind of employment pattern and we think that speaks volumes about our organisation.
At this stage you may want to know what it takes to make a successful real estate sales person. The backgrounds of our people vary from public servants to finance industry employees, professional people, farm supervisors, clerical workers, sales people and even nurses and teachers.
While there is no obvious pattern here, we find that people who do succeed all have one thing in common: the realisation that they must be prepared to commit to the highest standards of service to their clients and live up to those commitments.
Our Training
Through our unique and award winning Registered Training Organisation, IPG Corporate Training, we provide an initial 100 hours of training before you even talk to a client. And it doesn't stop there. You continue to follow a comprehensive, ongoing training program designed to help you maximise your sales success.
We know of no other real estate organisation that invests so much time and effort in training its people. You will also have support from the rest of our staff - some of most successful principals and sales people in Canberra. We don't just teach you about real estate, we teach you how to list and sell real estate like a true professional.

Our Career Structure
We're looking for the right people to help us expand and grow, so we've even mapped out a career path for you to follow. If you have talent and commitment you may expect to be offered management opportunities within two years, along with advanced management training and regular seminars. We also offer shareholding and franchise opportunities to the right people.
Even when you're just beginning your career with us, we allow you to start with a list of 100 to 800 new properties so you can hit the road running.
